This policy applies to paid advisory engagements with NetOps Fusion for executive outplacement, career transition advisory, board and interim positioning, and employer-sponsored programmes. Website browsing is free; no product shipments are offered.
Cooling-off and eligibility
If you book as a consumer and the engagement letter allows remote advising, mandatory withdrawal rights under German consumer law may apply within fourteen days where services have not yet begun. Once advisory work has started with your consent during that period, you remain responsible for fees for work already performed.
Deposits
Individual engagements typically require a 40% deposit to reserve advisor capacity. The deposit is credited toward the engagement fee. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel before the first working session.
Cancellation by the client
If you cancel more than ten business days before the scheduled kickoff, we refund the deposit minus a €250 administration fee. Cancellations inside ten business days forfeit the deposit. Fees already billed for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Unused sessions
Session packages (for example Career Transition Advisory) remain valid for six months from kickoff. Unused sessions after that window are not refundable, though we may extend validity once for documented medical or notice-period reasons.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows count as delivered sessions. Employer-sponsored participants follow the same rule unless the sponsor agreement states otherwise.
Work already started
Document drafting, target mapping, and interview coaching already completed are billed proportionally. Partial refunds for the unused remainder of a fixed engagement fee are calculated after deducting delivered work at our standard advisory day rate stated in the engagement letter.
Employer-sponsored programmes
Sponsor cancellations mid-cohort are handled under the programme agreement. Individual participants who withdraw still receive materials already prepared for them; unused future months may be credited to the sponsor, not paid out as cash to the participant, unless the agreement says otherwise.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payer by bank transfer within fourteen business days of written approval. We do not offer store credit or merchandise exchanges.
