What shapes a final quote
- Seniority band (director, Geschäftsführer, or specialist with scarce skills)
- Whether the exit is already public or still confidential
- Non-compete geography and industry limits
- Need for board/interim positioning alongside a permanent search
- Employer sponsorship and reporting requirements
Deposits and billing
Individual engagements usually begin with a 40% deposit, with the balance billed at mid-engagement and at offer stage. Employer-sponsored programmes are invoiced monthly or per cohort milestone. Travel outside Hamburg, if requested, is billed at cost.
